Main purpose: Linagliptin metformin extended-release tablets (specification: 5mg/1000mg) produced by Hubei Guangchen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the test preparation, and Linagliptin metformin extended-release tablets (specification: 5mg/1000mg, trade name: Jentadueto® XR) produced by Boehringer Ingelheim pharmaceuticals, Inc. with a license was used as the reference preparation. According to the relevant regulations of the bioequivalence test, the pharmacokinetic behavior in healthy Chinese subjects was compared to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of the test preparation and reference preparation of Linagliptin metformin extended-release tablets in healthy humans.

The main purpose of the study is to study the pharmacokinetics of the test preparation Allopurinol Sustained Release Capsules (Specification: 250mg, Hubei Guangchen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation Allopurinol Sustained Release Capsules (Gichtex®, Specification: 250mg; G.L. Pharma GmRH licensed) in humans after a single oral administration in the fasting/fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in the fasting/fed state. The secondary purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety of the test preparation Allopurinol Sustained Release Capsules and the reference preparation Allopurinol Sustained Release Capsules (Gichtex®) after a single oral administration in Chinese healthy subjects in the fasting/fed state.
