Primary objective: To evaluate the preliminary anti-tumor efficacy of BG136 in subjects with advanced colorectal cancer. Secondary objectives: To evaluate the safety of BG136 in subjects with advanced colorectal cancer; To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of BG136 in subjects with advanced colorectal cancer; To evaluate the pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics of BG136 in subjects with advanced colorectal cancer; To evaluate the immunogenicity of BG136 in subjects with advanced colorectal cancer.

Phase Ib dose escalation phase: Primary purpose: Evaluate the safety and tolerability of BG136 in subjects with advanced melanoma, explore dose-limiting toxicity (DLT), maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and determine the recommended expansion dose (RDE). Secondary purpose: Preliminary evaluation of the anti-tumor efficacy of BG136 in subjects with advanced melanoma; Evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of BG136 in subjects with advanced melanoma; Evaluate the pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics of BG136 in subjects with advanced melanoma; Evaluate the immunogenicity of BG136 in subjects with advanced melanoma. Primary Objectives: 1) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple oral doses of LY102 in healthy adult Chinese participants; 2) To evaluate the effect of a high-fat diet on the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral dose of LY102 in healthy adult Chinese participants; Secondary Objectives: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single and multiple oral doses of LY102 in healthy adult Chinese participants; Exploratory Objectives: To evaluate the effects of single and multiple oral doses of LY102 on the expression of relevant indicators in healthy adult Chinese participants.
