Objective: To research crystallization process of azithromycin lactobionate, so as to improve the quality of azithromycin lactobionate.Methods: The influence factors of the crystallization such as temperature, adding rate of antisolvent, amount of seed crystal were analyzed, and the best crystallization process was screened.Results: Under the condition of that add 2% of the seed crystal quantity and the crystallization temperature was during 10-15°C and add the crystallization acetone at 60 min, the content of the products increased 2%, the relevant material fell 1%.Conclusion: Compared with the freeze drying process, the product quality of the optimized crystallization process is obviously superior.
