Main research purpose This study uses iguratimod tablets (specification: 25mg) licensed by Dongyang Xiangsheng Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. as the test preparation, and iguratimod tablets (trade name: Idrisin) licensed by Hainan Simcere Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ®, specification: 25 mg) is the reference preparation. Human bioequivalence tests are conducted under fasting/postprandial conditions to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy subjects. Secondary research purpose Observe the safety of test and reference preparations in healthy subjects.

The main purpose of the study is to study the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the test preparation Perindopril Amlodipine Tablets (III) (Specifications: 10 mg: 5 mg, produced by Zhejiang Beisheng Pharmaceutical Hansheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation Perindopril Amlodipine Tablets (III) (Kesoda®, Specifications: 10 mg: 5 mg, produced by Servier (Ireland) Industries Ltd.) in healthy subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in the fasting and fed state. Secondary purpose of the study: to study the safety of the test preparation Perindopril Amlodipine Tablets (III) (Specifications: 10 mg: 5 mg) and the reference preparation Kaisoda® (Specifications: 10 mg: 5 mg) in healthy subjects.

Bisoprolol amlodipine tablets (specification: 5 mg/5 mg) developed by Dongyang Xiangsheng Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. were used as the test preparation, and the license holder was Merck Kft and the manufacturer was Egis Pharmaceuticals Plc. Clodipine tablets (Kangxinan®, specification: 5 mg/5 mg) are used as reference preparations. The pharmacokinetic parameters and relative bioavailability of the two preparations after single administration under fasting and postprandial conditions are investigated, and the two preparations are evaluated. Whether the preparations are bioequivalent; and simultaneously evaluate the safety and tolerability of the two preparations in healthy humans.
