Main research purpose: According to the relevant provisions of bioequivalence test, the leprocaine cream (trade name: Emla, specification: 1g: lidocaine 25mg, prilocaine 25mg) produced by Recipharm Karlskoga AB was selected as the reference preparation, and the test preparation leprocaine cream (specification: 1g: lidocaine 25mg, prilocaine 25mg) produced by Jingtian Biotechnology Pharmaceutical Factory and provided by Aome Pharmaceutical Factory was subjected to a human bioequivalence test on an empty stomach. The absorption rate and degree of the drug in the test preparation were compared with those of the reference preparation to see if they were within an acceptable range, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations under the condition of fasting administration. Secondary research purpose: To observe the safety of Chinese healthy subjects after external application of the test preparation leprocaine cream (specification: 1g: lidocaine 25mg, prilocaine 25mg) and the reference preparation leprocaine cream (trade name: Emla, specification: 1g: lidocaine 25mg, prilocaine 25mg).

Main purpose: This study uses the acetaminophen and dihydrocodeine tablets (trade name: Audasian®) (specification: acetaminophen/500 mg, dihydrocodeine tartrate/10 mg) developed by the Australian and American pharmaceutical factory as the test preparation. According to the relevant regulations of bioequivalence studies, the acetaminophen and dihydrocodeine tablets (specification: acetaminophen/500 mg, dihydrocodeine tartrate/10 mg, trade name: Co-dydramol®) produced by the original manufacturer Accord UK Ltd were used as the reference preparation to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation after administration under fasting/postprandial conditions. Secondary purpose: Observe the safety of the test preparation acetaminophen and dihydrocodeine tablets and the reference preparation acetaminophen and dihydrocodeine tablets (Co-dydramol®) in healthy subjects.
