Hu Nan Zhuang Yuan Zhi Yao You Xian Gong Si

Main research objectives: To investigate the relative bioavailability of a single oral dose of 200 mg (fasting/after meals) of the test preparation ibuprofen suspension (specification: 100 mL: 2 g, produced by Hunan Jiudian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation ibuprofen suspension (Mei Lin®, specification: 100 mL: 2 g, produced by Shanghai Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) in healthy Chinese subjects, analyze the pharmacokinetic parameters of the two preparations, evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations, and provide a reference for the application and clinical use of the drug. Secondary research objectives To evaluate the safety of a single oral dose of 200 mg (fasting/after meals) of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy Chinese adult subjects.

Primary objective: Using febuxostat tablets (trade name: Uloric®, specification: 80 mg) from TAKEDA PHARMS USA INC as the reference preparation and febuxostat tablets (80 mg) developed by Hunan Zhuangyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the test preparation, a single-center, randomized, open, single-dose, two-preparation, two-cycle, two-sequence, crossover clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in fasting and fed states in healthy Chinese subjects. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of the test preparation and reference preparation in healthy Chinese subjects.

Main study objectives: To investigate the relative bioavailability of the single-dose (fasting) test preparation leprocaine cream 15g [(Specification: 1g: lidocaine 25mg, prilocaine 25mg), produced by Hainan Kaijian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., provided by Changsha Aibeigao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.] and the reference preparation leprocaine cream 15g (Emla, Specification: 1g: lidocaine 25mg, prilocaine 25mg, produced by Recipharm Karlskoga AB) in healthy Chinese subjects, analyze the pharmacokinetic parameters of the two preparations, evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations, and provide a reference for the application and clinical use of the drug.
