Primary objective: To investigate the in vivo pharmacokinetic characteristics of sodium azulene sulfonate tablets (specification: 2 mg) after a single oral dose in healthy Chinese subjects under fasting/postprandial conditions, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation (T) and the reference preparation (R); Secondary objective: To study the safety of a single oral dose of sodium azulene sulfonate tablets (specification: 2 mg) in healthy Chinese subjects.

Synthesis and Antitumor Activities of 3'-Substituted Propanolursolates

3'-Substituted propanolursolates were obtained by a reaction of ursolic acid with trimethylene bromide.This intermediate reacted with several N-containing compounds to afford a series of new derivativesThe structures of new products were characterized by means of ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, IR and MS techniques.The preliminary bioassay test shows that several compounds give a good antitumor activity, and most of them are better than that of parent ursolic acid.Among them, compound I shows the best activity.
