Primary objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of NHL35700 in the treatment of schizophrenia using the active drug risperidone and placebo as controls. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of NHL35700 in patients with schizophrenia. Exploratory objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of NHL35700.

To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK), safety, and tolerability of NHL35700 and its metabolites after a single oral administration in healthy Chinese subjects. Exploratory purpose: If data permit, explore the relationship between exposure and adverse events of a single dose of NHL35700. The above studies are not necessary for clinical reports.
