The aim of this study was to investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets (40 mg) developed by Nanjing Huaxing Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and produced by Hubei Jingjiangyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. after single fasting and postprandial oral administration; using isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets (Ismo®, 40 mg) licensed by Riemser Pharma GmbH and produced by Kern Pharma, SL as the reference preparation, the pharmacokinetic parameters Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-∞ of the two preparations were compared, and the bioequivalence of the two preparations in humans was evaluated.

The aim of this study was to investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules (0.3 g) developed by Nanjing Huaxing Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and produced by Hubei Jingjiangyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. when taken orally on an empty stomach or after a meal. The ibuprofen sustained-release capsules (Fenbid®, 0.3 g) produced by Sino-US Tianjin SmithKline Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the reference preparation. The pharmacokinetic parameters Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-∞ of the two preparations were compared, the bioequivalence of the two preparations in humans was evaluated, and the safety of the two preparations in healthy subjects was observed.
