Main purpose: Using Changshan Biochemical Pharmaceutical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.'s sildenafil citrate tablets (T, specification: 100 mg) as the test preparation and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.'s sildenafil citrate tablets (R, trade name: Viagra, specification: 100 mg) as the reference preparation, according to the relevant provisions of the bioequivalence test, to investigate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in healthy male subjects. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of sildenafil citrate tablets in healthy male subjects

The primary objective was to evaluate the relative bioavailability of the test and reference preparations after a single oral administration in healthy male volunteers under fasting and postprandial conditions, using sildenafil citrate tablets (100 mg) produced by Changshan Biochemical Pharmaceuticals (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. as the test preparation and sildenafil citrate tablets (100 mg, Viagra) produced by Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. as the reference preparation, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. The secondary objective was to evaluate the safety of the test and reference preparations in healthy male volunteers.
