In this study, ibuprofen suspension drops (specification: 40 mg:mL) developed by Hainan Wanwei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was used as the test preparation. According to the relevant regulations of bioequivalence studies, ibuprofen suspension drops (specification: 50 mg/1.25 mL, trade name: Motrin®) produced by Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division was used as the reference preparation to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation after administration under fasting/postprandial conditions.

In this study, Procaterol Hydrochloride Tablets (specification: 25 μg) developed by Hainan Wanwei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was used as the test preparation. According to the relevant regulations of bioequivalence studies, Procaterol Hydrochloride Tablets (trade name: Meptin-mini®, specification: 25 μg) produced by the original drug manufacturer Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was used as the reference preparation to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation after administration under fasting/postprandial conditions.

This study used ibuprofen suspension (specification: 100mL: 2g (2%)) developed by Hainan Wanwei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the test preparation. According to the relevant regulations of bioequivalence studies, ibuprofen suspension (specification: 100ml: 2g, trade name: Meilin®) produced by Shanghai Johnson Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was used as the reference preparation to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation after administration under fasting/postprandial conditions. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of the test preparation ibuprofen suspension and the reference preparation ibuprofen suspension (Meilin®) in healthy subjects.
