Primary objective: To evaluate the clinical cure rate of doripenem for injection is non-inferior to meropenem for injection at the test of cure visit (TOC). Secondary objectives: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups of subjects at the end of treatment (EOT); microbiological efficacy; comprehensive efficacy; microbiological efficacy at the test of cure visit (TOC); comprehensive efficacy; microbiological efficacy of pathogens in the two groups. All-cause mortality at day 28 of cure (LFU). Safety of doripenem for injection acquired pneumonia.

Primary objective: To study in healthy adult Chinese subjects: 1. To estimate the pharmacokinetic parameters of a single dose by measuring the changes in the drug concentrations in the subjects' plasma and urine after a single intravenous infusion of different doses of doripenem; 2. To estimate the pharmacokinetic parameters of multiple doses by measuring the changes in the drug concentrations in the subjects' plasma after multiple intravenous infusions of doripenem; Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of different doses of doripenem in healthy adult Chinese subjects.

Primary objective: To demonstrate that the clinical efficacy of doripenem for injection is non-inferior to that of meropenem for injection 6 to 8 days after the last dose. Secondary objectives: To evaluate the microbiological efficacy 6-8 days after the last dose, the comprehensive efficacy 6-8 days after the last dose, the clinical efficacy within 24 hours after the last dose, the microbiological efficacy within 24 hours after the last dose, the comprehensive efficacy within 24 hours after the last dose, the long-term efficacy or clinical relapse rate 13-15 days after the last dose.
