Study on preparation process of propyl gallate sodium chloride injection

Objective: To increase the stability and medication safety of Pr gallate sodium chloride injection, study on preparation process was carried out.Methods: Sodium bisulfate and calcium disodium edetate were mainly added, to prevent Pr gallate oxidation and with metal ions forming color reaction, adjusting pH 3.0-5.0 by hydrochloric acid, activated carbon dosage was 0.02% (g·ml^-1) of dispensing liquid amountThe use of hot steam sterilization is 115°C 30 min.Results: The indicators of Pr gallate sodium chloride injection produced by the above conditions are qualified by examination, indicators of stability inspection test so far are qualified.Conclusion: sodium bisulfite and calcium disodiumn edetate as antioxidant and metal complexing agents, adjusting pH 3.0-5.0 by hydrochloric acid, activated carbon dosage at 0.02% (g·ml^-1), sterilization temperature was 115°C, and 30 min steam sterilization.The production process of Pr gallate chloride injection is feasible, and the product is stable and reliable.
