To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of benfotiamine tablets in elderly subjects after a single dose.

(1) To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy and safety of benfotiamine tablets loaded with donepezil hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease; (2) To explore the dosage of benfotiamine tablets loaded with donepezil hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease.

Primary objective To evaluate the effect of food on the bioavailability of benfotiamine tablets. Secondary objective To evaluate the safety of benfotiamine tablets in fasting and postprandial conditions.
