In this study, a novel method of pathway anal. based on gene sequence homol. using KeyMolnet was shown. KeyMolnet allows users to import their own data which contains protein-protein interactions and mol. attributes to search and reconstruct original mol. networks. Imported mols. and relations are automatically merged into existing network of KeyMolnet when the system finds the mols. to be equivalent to those which KeyMolnet already has. KeyMolnet can integrate mols. with several different types of IDs such as Uniprot, Entrez Gene, RefSeq, etc.
