In this paper, the 50% methanol extract of the drug was analyzed to establish the HPLC fingerprint of Ganmaoling granule. This method uses AcclaimTM 120 C18 (4.6×150 mm, 5 μm) chromatog. column; other parameters are set as follows, the mobile phase is gradient elution acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid, the rate of volume flow is 0.5 mL/min, 330 nm is the detection wavelength, and column temperature is 30°C. Finally, HPLC fingerprints of 20 batches of samples were obtained, among which 13 common peaks were calibrated, and the resolution of each fingerprint peak was good; the attribution of 7 peaks was designated, and 1 peak was qual. The method is simple, feasible, stable and efficient, and can be used for quality control of Ganmaoling granule.
