Primary Objective: To evaluate the effect of multiple oral administrations of rifampicin capsules on the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of LPM7100328 capsules in healthy Chinese participants. Secondary Objectives: 1) To evaluate the relative bioavailability of single oral administrations of different batches of LPM7100328 capsules compared to the formulation in the pivotal Phase III clinical trial in healthy Chinese participants; 2) To evaluate the effect of single oral administrations of different batches of LPM7100328 capsules compared to the formulation in the pivotal Phase III clinical trial on PD [LH (luteinizing hormone) and E2 (estradiol)] in healthy Chinese participants; 3) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single-dose administration of LPM7100328 capsules and its drug interaction with rifampicin capsules in healthy Chinese participants.

Secondary Objective: To evaluate the effects of different meal statuses and meal intervals on the safety of a single oral dose of 40 mg LPM7100328 capsules in premenopausal healthy female subjects.
