Main study objectives To study the pharmacokinetics of the test preparation tadalafil tablets (specification: 20 mg, licensee: Zhejiang Yongtai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation tadalafil tablets (trade name: Cialis®, specification: 20 mg, licensee: A. Menarini GmbH) in healthy adult male subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary study objectives To evaluate the safety of the test preparation (T) tadalafil tablets and the reference preparation (R) tadalafil tablets (Cialis®) in healthy male subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state.

Main purpose: To compare the absorption rate and extent of the linagliptin tablets provided by Zhejiang Yongtai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in healthy human bodies with the linagliptin tablets (trade name: Otangning®/Trajenta®, reference preparation) certified by Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH according to the relevant provisions of the bioequivalence test, and to investigate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in humans. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of the test preparation linagliptin tablets and the reference preparation linagliptin tablets (Otangning®/Trajenta®) in healthy subjects.

Primary objective: Sitagliptin Metformin Tablets (I) or Sitagliptin Metformin Tablets (II) provided by Zhejiang Yongtai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the test preparations. According to the relevant provisions of the bioequivalence test, the absorption rate and degree of Sitagliptin Metformin Tablets (I) or Sitagliptin Metformin Tablets (II) (trade name: JANUMET®/Janoda®, reference preparation) produced by Patheon Puerto Rico, Inc. (Manati) were compared in healthy subjects to investigate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of the test preparation Sitagliptin Metformin Tablets (I)/(II) and the reference preparation Sitagliptin Metformin Tablets (I)/(II) (JANUMET®/Janoda®) in healthy subjects.
