In accordance with the relevant provisions of bioequivalence tests, empagliflozin tablets (trade name: Jardiance®; specification: 10 mg) certified by Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH were selected as the reference preparation, and the test preparation empagliflozin tablets (specification: 10 mg) produced by Hefei Cube Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and provided by Hefei Kanghui Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. were subjected to human bioequivalence tests on fasting and fed administration. The absorption rate and degree of the drug in the test preparation were compared with those of the reference preparation to see whether they were within an acceptable range, and the bioequivalence of the two preparations under fasting and fed administration conditions was evaluated.
