This study investigated the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the test preparation azithromycin granules (specification: 100 mg/bag) produced by Hubei Qianjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and the reference preparation azithromycin dry suspension (trade name: Sumamed, specification: 100 mg/5 ml) certified by PLIVA under fasting and postprandial conditions, compared their relative bioavailability, evaluated the bioequivalence between the two preparations, and provided a basis for the consistency evaluation of the test preparation. Secondary study objectives To evaluate the safety of the test preparation azithromycin granules or the reference preparation (trade name: Sumamed, specification: 100 mg/5 ml) of a single oral dose of 100 mg/bag in healthy subjects.
