A Phase II Multi-centre, Extension Study to Investigate the Long Term Safety of ONO-2506PO in Patients Diagnosed With Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
The objective of this study is to investigate the long term safety of ALS patients taking ONO-2506PO.
A Phase IIa Randomized, Double-Blind, Parallel-Groups, Placebo Controlled Clinical Trial to Study the Efficacy and Safety of MK0724 Intravenous Infusion on the Amelioration of Neurological Damage and Recovery From Middle Cerebral Artery Ischemic Stroke
The safety and efficacy of MK0724 will be assessed in patients with acute middle cerebral artery stroke using the Action Reach Arm Test (ARAT). This test allows measurement of a specific functional deficit and subsequent recovery correlating with the specific area of stroke in the brain.
A Multi-centre, Randomized, Double Blind, Placebo-controlled, Parallel Group Study to Investigate Efficacy and Safety of ONO-2506PO Compared to Placebo, in the Presence of Riluzole, to Patients Diagnosed With Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Who Have Had Onset of Muscle Weakness Within 14 Months of Randomization
The purpose of this study is to determine if oral treatment with ONO-2506PO in patients diagnosed with ALS, who have had onset of muscle weakness within 14 months of randomization, could lead to the slowing of decline in respiratory function, functional status, muscle strength, quality of life and survival compared with placebo group.
