Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy of TVAX-008 injection. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of TVAX-008 injection. Exploratory objective: To explore the hepatic HBV-related markers in subjects who have achieved functional cure [defined as serum HBsAg negative conversion (HBsAg < 0.05 IU/mL) and serum hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid (HBV DNA) < lower limit of quantification (LLOQ)].

Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy of TVAX-008 injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients who have been treated with nucleoside (acid) analogs (NAs). Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of TVAX-008 injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients who have been treated with nucleoside (acid) analogs (NAs).

Main research objectives: To evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of TVAX-008 injection. Secondary research objectives: To evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of TVAX-008 injection adjuvant. Exploratory research objectives: 1. Preliminary observation of the effectiveness of TVAX-008 injection in patients with chronic hepatitis B. 2. To explore immunological markers related to the efficacy of TVAX-008 injection. 3. To explore the recommended dosage for Phase II clinical trials.
