Primary objectives: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple ascending oral administration of rupatifene fumarate capsules in healthy subjects. Secondary objectives: (1) To determine the drug concentrations at different times after single and multiple ascending oral administration of rupatifene fumarate capsules in healthy subjects and evaluate their pharmacokinetic characteristics. (2) To evaluate the effect of food (high-fat and high-calorie meal) on the pharmacokinetics of rupatifene fumarate capsules. (3) To identify the metabolites after a single dose and conduct a preliminary material balance assessment.

Primary objectives: (1) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple ascending doses of Ginkgolide B injection in healthy volunteers and compare with placebo. Secondary objectives: (1) To evaluate the pharmacokinetic parameters of single and multiple ascending doses of Ginkgolide B injection in healthy volunteers. (2) Preliminary material balance assessment.

1. To study the safety and tolerability of multiple administration of silver amine lactone mesylate B tablets in healthy adult subjects; 2. To observe the PK and PD characteristics of multiple administration of silver amine lactone mesylate B tablets in healthy adult subjects, and provide a basis for the dose selection of later clinical studies.
