An autosomal dominant immunodeficiency syndrome caused by mutation(s) in the CXCR4 gene, encoding C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4. It is characterized by neutropenia, hypogammaglobulinemia, extensive human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, and myelokathexis.
