Analgesia disorder

Main purpose: This study used the licensed Nicergoline Tablets (specification: 10 mg) of Jiangxi Dasheng Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. as the test preparation and the licensed Nicergoline Tablets (trade name: SERMION, specification: 10 mg) of PFIZER ITALIA S.R.L. as the reference preparation for bioequivalence test. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy subjects.

Primary objective: To compare the relative bioavailability of Nicergoline Tablets (specification: 10 mg) produced by Beijing Jiuneng Tianyuan Technology Co., Ltd. with Nicergoline Tablets (specification: 10 mg, trade name: Sermion®, reference preparation) certified by Pfizer Italia S.r.l./Upjohn EESV in healthy human bodies, and investigate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of Nicergoline Tablets test preparation and reference preparation (trade name: Sermion®) in healthy subjects.

Primary study objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of nicergoline tablets (10 mg) produced by Shandong Fangming Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and nicergoline tablets (10 mg, trade name: SERMION) approved by Upjohn EESV in healthy Chinese subjects under fasting and fed conditions, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations when taken orally under fasting and fed conditions. Secondary study objective: To study the safety of nicergoline tablets (10 mg) produced by Shandong Fangming Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and nicergoline tablets (10 mg, trade name: SERMION) approved by Upjohn EESV in healthy Chinese subjects.
