The primary objective was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of HW021199 after multiple administration in healthy subjects; to determine the drug concentration at different times after multiple administration of HW021199 in healthy subjects and to evaluate its pharmacokinetic characteristics. The secondary objective was to evaluate the pharmacodynamic characteristics of HW021199 after multiple administration.

The secondary objectives were to evaluate its pharmacodynamic characteristics, food effect studies, and drug metabolic transformation characteristics.
