Boosting of antitumoral immunity was observed in patients with long-term disease control after roginolisib treatment but not patients with progressive disease. An exploratory analysis from a patient with uveal melanoma outlined the potential of radiomics, an advanced AI driven analysis of imaging data, as a way of tracking changes in cancer lesions over time in addition to standard RECIST measurements. Overall, these findings are consistent with prior studies in pre-clinical models and support the development of roginolisib in uveal melanoma and other malignancies with immune suppressed conditions.
