This study aimed to investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of ezetimibe tablets (10 mg) developed and manufactured by Beijing Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., after a single oral dose. Ezetimibe tablets (Ezetimibe®, 10 mg) manufactured by MSD International GmbH (Singapore Branch) under license from ORGANON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. were used as the reference formulation. The pharmacokinetic parameters Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-∞ of the two formulations were compared to evaluate their bioequivalence in humans.

Primary Objective: To compare the absorption extent and rate of absorption of the test formulation, lidocaine cream (30 g: lidocaine 750 mg and prilocaine 750 mg), supplied by Beijing Jingfeng Pharmaceutical (Hebei) Co., Ltd., and the reference formulation, lidocaine cream (trade name: Emla®; 1 g: lidocaine 25 mg and prilocaine 25 mg), certified by Aspen Pharma Trading Limited, in healthy participants under fasting conditions, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two formulations. Secondary Objectives: 1) To evaluate the safety of the test formulation and the reference formulation in healthy participants; 2) To evaluate the skin irritation of the test formulation and the reference formulation in healthy participants.

Primary Objective: This study evaluated the bioequivalence of the test and reference formulations under fasting and fed conditions using Betahistine Hydrochloride Tablets (manufactured by Beijing Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., strength: 8 mg) and Betahistine Hydrochloride Tablets (licensed by Mylan Products Ltd., trade name: Serc, strength: 8 mg) provided by Beijing Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. as the test formulation and Betahistine Hydrochloride Tablets (licensed by Mylan Products Ltd., trade name: Serc, strength: 8 mg) as the reference formulation. Secondary Objective: To observe the safety of the test and reference formulations in healthy volunteers.
