To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sitafloxacin tablets in the treatment of mild to moderate acute bacterial infections of the respiratory and urinary systems, using levofloxacin tablets as a control.

Healthy subjects were selected to conduct pharmacokinetic tests on sitafloxacin tablets, to determine the time-dependent blood concentration of the main components, to estimate the main pharmacokinetic parameters, to understand the absorption, distribution, elimination, and metabolism of this product in healthy humans, and at the same time, to evaluate the effect of diet on the pharmacokinetic parameters of this product by examining the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral administration of this product under high-calorie, high-fat meal conditions, and to provide a basis for the dosage of clinical medication.
