The main purpose of the Phase Ib dose exploration phase: to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the two groups of subjects within 4 weeks after the first infusion of CT041 to determine the RP2D; The main purpose of the Phase Ib dose expansion phase and the Phase II efficacy and safety confirmation phase: to evaluate the efficacy of the total cohort 1 subjects within 24 weeks after the infusion of CT041; to evaluate the efficacy of the total cohort 2 subjects within 12 weeks after the infusion of CT041.
