To explore the optimal therapeutic dose of OT202 eye drops for the treatment of moderate to severe dry eyes, and to evaluate the safety and efficacy of OT202 eye drops for the treatment of moderate to severe dry eyes, so as to provide a basis for the design and dosage selection of the next clinical trial research.

This study is an exploratory study, which aims to explore the effectiveness and safety of cyclosporine eye drops at different dosing frequencies in the treatment of dry eyes, and preliminarily explore the optimal dosing frequency to provide a basis for the design of subsequent clinical research programs.

Primary objective To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single-dose ascending and multiple-dose administration of OT202 eye drops in healthy subjects. Secondary objective To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single-dose ascending and multiple-dose administration of OT202 eye drops in healthy subjects.
