Goal of this clinical trial is to examine the safety and efficacy of SGLT2 inhibitors on the clinical outcomes in patients with sepsis. Main study outcomes are as follows:
(i) Primary objective is to examine the efficacy and safety of SGLT2 inhibitors on clinical outcomes in patients with sepsis.
(ii) Secondary objective is to examine the effect of SGLT2 inhibitors on inflammatory markers in patients with sepsis.

The investigators are going to recruit hypertensive patients in the emergency department of Prince of Wales Hospital. Point-of-care ultrasound of the aorta and measurements of the aortic diameter will be obtained. Other relevant clinical data will also be obtained for analysis. The primary outcome is the number of patients with a maximum aortic diameter of ≥ 4.5 cm and/or ≥ 50% localized enlarged diameter relative to the adjacent normal segment as indicated by POCUS.

We aimed to investigate the success rate of a planned quarterly (every 12-16 weeks) faricimab injection schedule, following a disease inactivity achieved after initial 2-4 loading doses of faricimab, for nAMD to achieve stability without recurrence at a tertiary eye centre.
