An Open-label Extension Study Evaluating the Long-term Safety and Efficacy of Oral Inhalation of GB002 for the Treatment of WHO Group 1 Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)
This open-label extension study will evaluate the long-term effects of GB002 (seralutinib) in subjects who previously participated in a GB002 PAH study.
A Phase 2, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Multi-Center Clinical Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Oral Inhalation of GB002 for the Treatment of WHO Group 1 Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)
The primary objective for this trial is to determine the effect of GB002 (seralutinib) on improving pulmonary hemodynamics in subjects with World Health Organization (WHO) Group 1 PAH who are Functional Class (FC) II and III. The secondary objective for this trial is to determine the effect of GB002 (seralutinib) on improving exercise capacity in this population.
A Phase 1b, Randomized, Subject- and Investigator-Blinded, Placebo-Controlled, Multi-Center Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Biomarkers of Inhaled GB002 in Subjects With WHO Group 1 Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)
This is a Phase 1B, randomized, participant- and investigator-blinded, placebo-controlled, multi-center clinical trial to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and biomarkers of inhaled GB002 in adults with World Health Organization (WHO) Group 1 Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH).
