The HPLC methods for determination of tanshinone II_A and salvianolic acid B in Xueshuan xinmaining tablets were established.C₁₈ column was used with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (75:24:1) and methanol-acetonitrile 0.5% formic acid (30:9:61) as mobile phases at the detection wavelength of 270 nm and 286 nm, resp.The linear ranges of tanshinone II_A and salvianolic acid B were 3.44-34.40 μg (r = 0.9992) and 0.29-2.94 μg (r = 0.9999).The average recoveries of tanshinone II_A and salvianolic acid B were 98.80% (RSD = 0.72%) and 99.25% (RSD = 0.54%).

The objective of this study is to establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Qingnao Jiangya tablets.The HPLC method was used.The sample was analyzed on an Kromasil C₁₈ (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column, using methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (50:50) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 278 nm.Baicalin had the good linearity in the range of 0.1765-2.118 μg (r = 0.9998).The average recovery was 99.38% (RSD = 0.85%).The method was accurate and reproducible, and could be used for the quality control of Qingnao Jiangya tablets.
