According to the randomized self-controlled double 3×3 Latin square experimental design, oral allantoin aluminum granules, allantoin aluminum granules (sold) and placebo were administered. The allantoin blood concentration in plasma after oral administration of the two preparations was measured, the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated, and the absorption rate and absorption extent were compared to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations.
