Primary Objective: To evaluate the safety, tolerability, and recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of bonsetinib (CX1440) capsules in patients with CU. Secondary Objectives: I. Pharmacokinetic Objective: To evaluate the drug-drug interaction between bonsetinib (CX1440) capsules and loratadine tablets and the PK characteristics of bonsetinib (CX1440) capsules in patients with CU; II. Efficacy Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of bonsetinib (CX1440) capsules in patients with CU.
