To evaluate the real-world long-term safety and efficacy of ODISI® in the treatment of Chinese adult patients with DME.

The safety and efficacy of AGN-151586 compared with placebo were evaluated in subjects with moderate to severe frown lines (GL).

1. Primary objective: To evaluate the single-dose and steady-state pharmacokinetics (PK) of atogepant in healthy Chinese adult subjects. 2. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of atogepant in healthy Chinese adult subjects. 3. Exploratory objective: To explore the dose-balanced PK of atogepant after single-dose administration in healthy Chinese adult subjects.
