Main research purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of different doses of long-acting ropivacaine injection for postoperative analgesia of incisions after laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, and to provide a basis for dose selection in Phase III clinical trials. Secondary research purpose: To evaluate the safety of different doses of long-acting ropivacaine injection for postoperative analgesia of incisions after laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.

Primary objective: To investigate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of different doses of long-acting ropivacaine injection in healthy subjects after single subcutaneous administration; pharmacokinetics of single-point subcutaneous administration; optimal single-point subcutaneous administration dose. Secondary objective: To investigate the efficacy of long-acting ropivacaine injection in healthy subjects after single subcutaneous administration; to determine the optimal dosing distance between adjacent injection points.
