To study the pharmacokinetic characteristics of cefotetan disodium for injection produced by Qingyutang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Fu'an Pharmaceutical Group in healthy subjects after single and continuous intravenous infusion, and compare them with the clinical PK data of this product conducted at home and abroad, to evaluate the possible differences of cefotetan disodium for injection among different races or populations, and to provide a basis for the rational clinical administration method of cefotetan disodium for injection.

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lacosamide tablets as an adjunctive treatment for patients with partial-onset epileptic seizures who have not been controlled by 1 to 3 antiepileptic drugs, using placebo as a control.
