Main purpose: Using the perindopril amlodipine tablets (specification: 10mg/10mg) provided by Nanjing Jiqun Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. as the test preparation, according to the relevant provisions of the bioequivalence test, the absorption rate and degree of perindopril amlodipine tablets (trade name: COVERAM®, specification: 10mg/10mg, reference preparation) produced by Les Laboratoires Servier Industrie were compared in healthy humans to investigate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in humans. Secondary purpose: Observe the safety of the test preparation perindopril amlodipine tablets and the reference preparation perindopril amlodipine tablets (COVERAM®) in healthy subjects.

1. Primary purpose: To evaluate the tolerability and safety of GP51801 injection in the treatment of medium-thickness donor site wounds, and to provide a basis for dosing in subsequent clinical trials. 2. Secondary purpose: To evaluate the preliminary efficacy and dose-effect relationship of GP51801 injection in the treatment of medium-thickness donor site wounds. 3. Exploratory study purpose: To evaluate the changes in the residual amount of GP51801 and the changes in plasma SDF-1 levels after GP51801 injection in subjects undergoing skin harvesting surgery; to evaluate the immunogenicity of GP51801 injection in subjects undergoing skin harvesting surgery.

Main purpose: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single intramuscular injection of oxytocin methylprednisolone injection in healthy subjects, and to provide a basis for dosing for the Phase II clinical trial of the drug. Secondary purpose: 1) To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single intramuscular injection of oxytocin methylprednisolone injection in healthy subjects; 2) To compare the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single intramuscular injection of oxytocin methylprednisolone injection and oxytocin injection in healthy subjects.
