Primary objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of arformoterol tartrate nebulized inhalation solution in the long-term maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Secondary objective: To observe the safety of arformoterol tartrate nebulized inhalation solution in the long-term maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
