To describe the pharmacokinetics of bupropion hydrochloride in healthy Chinese subjects after single and multiple oral administration of bupropion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets 150 mg and 300 mg; to evaluate the safety and tolerability of bupropion hydrochloride in healthy Chinese subjects after single and multiple oral administration of bupropion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets 150 mg and 300 mg.

Bupropion is non-inferior to escitalopram in the acute treatment of depression in Chinese patients.
