Objective: To study the effect of microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids from Centella asiatica.Method: Choose the Centella asiatica material, use hot air drying, natural air drying and microwave assisted methods to determine the drying effect and the extraction efficiency of flavonoids.Results: In the microwave drying method, the microwave power was 406W, the time was 90s, the ethanol concentration was 70%, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20, and the effect of extracting the flavonoids from Centella asiatica was the best.Conclusion: The microwave-assisted method can more effectively dry Centella asiatica and successfully extract the flavonoids.
