Using trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets provided by Hebei Aierhaitai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the test preparation, human bioavailability and bioequivalence tests were conducted in accordance with relevant bioequivalence test regulations, and trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets (trade name: Wanshuangli, reference preparation) produced by Servier (Tianjin) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on the domestic market were compared. The relative bioavailability of the test preparation was calculated, and the bioequivalence of the two preparations was compared under fasting conditions or high-fat and high-calorie conditions.

Using placebo as control, the efficacy and safety of compound Tibetan fennel sausage solution capsules in the treatment of functional dyspepsia were further evaluated.

A human bioavailability study of pioglitazone-glimepiride tablets was conducted on healthy subjects to investigate the relative bioavailability of pioglitazone-glimepiride tablets and pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets (Actos) produced by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited of Japan and glimepiride tablets (Amaryl) produced by Sanofi-Aventis (Beijing) Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., to provide an experimental basis for the formulation of the Phase II clinical trial plan of pioglitazone-glimepiride tablets and to provide a basis for the dosage of clinical medication.
