Primary objective: To evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation, Cefdinir dispersible tablets 100 mg, and the reference preparation, Cefdinir capsules (trade name: Cefzon®) 100 mg, in healthy adult subjects in the fasting and fed state. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy subjects.

To study the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral administration of cefpodoxime proxetil tablets (test preparation T, strength: 100 mg) produced by Zhejiang Jutai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. under fasting and postprandial conditions in healthy subjects and a single oral administration of cefpodoxime proxetil tablets (reference preparation R, trade name: BANAN®, strength: 100 mg) certified by Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd. under the same conditions, and to evaluate the bioequivalence and safety of the two preparations.

This study investigated the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral administration of cefdinir granules (test preparation, specification: 50 mg) produced by Compu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and a single oral administration of cefdinir fine granules (reference preparation, trade name: Cefzon®, specification: 50 mg/0.5 g) certified by LTL Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. under the same conditions in healthy subjects under fasting and postprandial conditions, evaluated the bioequivalence and safety of the two preparations, and provided a basis for the registration application of the test preparation.
