Third Quarter 2024 Financial Results On June 29, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a reverse stock split of the Company's Class A common shares, no par value per share, at a ratio of 1-for-6, which was effective on July 10, 2023. All references below to the number of common shares, price per share and weighted average number of shares outstanding have been adjusted to reflect such reverse stock split. The Company reported a net loss of $2.4 million, or $0.21 per share, for the three months ended December 31, 2023, a decrease of $1.5 million from the net loss of $3.9 million, or $0.52 per share, for the three months ended December 31, 2022. The Company’s net loss of $2.4 million for the three months ended December 31, 2023, included $3.0 million of operating expenses, that were offset in part by interest income of $0.3 million from our investments, $0.1 million gain on change in fair of derivative warrant liabilities and $0.2 million in income tax recovery. Research and development expenses for the three months ended December 31, 2023 totaled $1.4 million compared to $2.5 million for the three months ended December 31, 2022. The decrease from the prior year period was mainly attributable to the Company’s strategic realignment plan to align the organizational and management cost structure to prioritize resources to GTX-104, thereby reducing losses to improve cash flow and extend available cash resources.General and administrative expenses were $1.6 million for the three months ended December 31, 2023, unchanged from $1.6 million for the three months ended December 31, 2022. The STRIVE-ON trial is a prospective, open-label, randomized (1:1 ratio), parallel group trial of GTX-104 compared with oral nimodipine, in patients hospitalized for aSAH.
