Primary objective To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single dose of fenprofen injection in elderly study participants. Secondary objective To evaluate the safety of a single dose of fenprofen injection in elderly study participants.

Primary objective: To evaluate the differences in the pharmacokinetic characteristics of fenprofen injection in subjects with mild and moderate hepatic impairment and matched healthy subjects, and to provide a scientific basis for the rational clinical use of drugs in patients with hepatic impairment. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of fenprofen injection in subjects with mild and moderate hepatic impairment and healthy subjects.

Primary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of fenprofen injection in subjects with mild and moderate renal impairment and healthy subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of fenprofen injection in subjects with mild and moderate renal impairment and healthy subjects.
