Main research purposes: Taking the original research company Bristol-Myers Squibb Company's metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (trade name: GLUCOPHAGE XR, 0.5 g) as the reference preparation, taking the metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (0.5 g) from Nanjing Ruijie Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. g) is the test preparation, and the human bioequivalence of the two preparations is evaluated through a single-center, randomized, open, single-dose, two-cycle, double-crossover clinical study.
