Idorsia successfully completes the offering of 16.4 million new and treasury shares – upsized from 15 million shares – through an accelerated bookbuilding process with gross proceeds of CHF 65.6 million Allschwil, Switzerland – October 10, 2025Idorsia Ltd (SIX: IDIA, “Idorsia”) announces that it has successfully raised CHF 65.6 million through the placement of 16.4 million registered shares (the “Offer Shares”) at a placement price of CHF 4.00 per share – in-line with the Volume-Weighted Average Price from the last 30 days – by way of an accelerated bookbuilding process (the “Offering”). The proceeds from the Offering strengthen Idorsia’s balance sheet and will fund the company’s disciplined investment in accelerating the commercial trajectory of QUVIVIQ and advancing a de-risked, science-driven pipeline, as well as for general corporate purposes. Allschwil, Switzerland – September 22, 2025Idorsia Ltd. (SIX: IDIA) announces that Simcere Pharmaceuticals Group Ltd (2096.HK, “Simcere”) has launched QUVIVIQ® (daridorexant) in China. QUVIVIQ, Idorsia’s dual orexin receptor antagonist, is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with insomnia characterized by difficulty falling asleep and/or maintaining sleep. Notably, QUVIVIQ has been approved without psychotropic drug control labeling, underscoring its differentiated clinical profile. Insomnia is a major public health challenge in China. Existing treatment options such as benzodiazepines and non-benzodiazepines are often associated with next-day drowsiness, risk of dependence, withdrawal symptoms, and rebound insomnia upon discontinuation – leaving a significant unmet need for safer and effective alternatives. Daridorexant, discovered by Idorsia, selectively blocks the binding of orexin neuropeptides to their receptors and regulates overactive wake signaling in insomnia disorder, in contrast to traditional hypnotics that broadly suppress brain activity. Through its targeted mechanism of action its equipotent antagonism of both orexin receptors and optimal pharmacokinetics (approximately 80% is eliminated within the first 8 hours of dosing), daridorexant promotes restorative sleep, throughout the entire night, reducing morning sleepiness and improving daytime functioning.
